The pandemic has made me realized how fortunate I am to have good health, food and other resources. Gratitude is more than a checklist it has to come with powerful emotions, Start praticising gratitude with strong emotions rather than a tick on your checklist.
This shift will not only make you blissful but immediately make you feel whole, enough and content.
