Knowledge portfolio
Your knowledge portfolio consists of all the facts you have learned about computing, the application domains you have worked in, and your work experience.
There are two things you need to do to be successful in your career:
- Regularly invest in your knowledge portfolio. The key is to make it a habit -- make small steps forward every day rather than one big step once a month.
- Diversify your knowledge. The more different things you know, the more valuable you are. Master the technology you are currently working with and then move on to other technologies that draw your interest.
