So what was the point?🤷🏽‍♂️At the time the idea of this piece popped in my head I was doing a very little pill of laundry and I realised it felt different from when I had a huge pile not because I hate washing but because I made it way more strenuous that it should be.

While I was at it, I would walk into the kitchen and be shocked there was no pile of dirty plates and that's because I already did the one plate I ate with. I would walk into my room and find it ready for use again.🤯

And me? I am the complete opposite of that and it has affected me in ways I didn't know until I tried something new.🤔So I decided, I'll do some proactive living with environmental optimisation and see how that feels.

Now, this is the catch, when my mom use to ask me to help her do some quick laundry I would easily put it off for later and forget. This got her pissed with me and made her yell and make me do it immediately. 🤦🏽‍♂️It was so consistent such that she would say, "I never did anything she asks me to do". I actually did them in the end but none of it was satisfactory because I made it way more strenuous that it should be.

When I sat back for a while to reflect, I started to notice how far gone I have been putting off stuff such that it became a lifestyle. I would;• Have so many websites tabs that I consumed half way and left for later(never)• There were tons of personal design projects that I had left for later(never)

So I decided to be like my girlfriend for a period and see what happens. Now that you've gotten here, meet my girlfriend, Nancy👩🏽;• She finished cooking, she washes the bowls and utensils.• She finished eating, she washes that one plate that was used.• In the evening she would do her laundry.• Cleans her place oftenly.• She would arrange her cloths back when she gets one from the stack.
