Waking up early with sufficient sleep will make your day more productive.

Now you will ask, How do I do it? See I am a person who sleeps at 12 and wakes up at 8, but I got a trick about how to wake up early and get proper sleep.

Its not hard, beilive me, its easy.

What you have to do is you have to wake up just 15 mins early every week.

For example, I wake up at 8 but from today for a week, I will wake up at 7:45 and you do it for a week and increase 15 mins more.

You will wake up 1 hour early for 1 month.
