Spiritual Importance Of Atomic Habits.

We all do many atomic i.e.small small habits everyday....but we are not living in the present ..while doing so many activities in a day, we are all living and thinking either about past or future...

For e.g. while brushing teeth, instead of focusing on brushing teeth we all are thinking about our day our plans nd etc...

So wht does this spiritual importance of atic habits actually mean??.

It means to simply live in present..

Do ur any work with focusing on it and enjoying it ..it will give u more happiness and satisfaction too..
