I won't go so “complex” as other people but yes, i have left alot of things behind. fast-food, games, PMO, and i don't know what not.
and look at me, i'm 14 years old. did i die by all this? no, i'm typing right now in my phone.
i have noticed that.. from then, now i have alot of time, an empty mind, relaxation, happiness. and yes also, i find little things pleasurable.
but there's something that annoys me mentally, my mind tries to make myself go back to where i was. is it normal?
obviously.
your mind doesn't know what's right what's not, it sees you are lesser happier and it calls you.
