I won't go so “complex” as other people but yes, i have left alot of things behind. fast-food, games, PMO, and i don't know what not. and look at me, i'm 14 years old. did i die by all this? no, i'm typing right now in my phone. i have noticed that.. from then, now i have alot of time, an empty mind, relaxation, happiness. and yes also, i find little things pleasurable.but there's something that annoys me mentally, my mind tries to make myself go back to where i was. is it normal?obviously.your mind doesn't know what's right what's not, it sees you are lesser happier and it calls you.

What's a morning that happened without any good night sleep. i'm telling you, don't make it seem normal to your brain . . what if i give you a ton of weight to hold on your back and don't put it off until i tell you to?you will fatigue, a lot. and that's what happens to your truck like head that keeps every single thought in, until you won't let it take some rest.you have a brain and that brain is youwhen you don't sleep well, somebody will call you and you won't be able to respond as quickexample - “brother, BROTHER- listen.. ARE YOU DEAD. damn” almost.“stress and some rest is what grows you”
