While we compare ourselves to others, we often see what we don't have and overlook what we have.
Always try to look for things for which you are grateful. Many people on this earth will kill to have a life like yours. You have things many don't.
Now I know that being grateful while feeling miserable is next to impossible. So start writing a gratitude journal first thing in the morning. Write down just 5 things for which you are grateful. It will not only help you realize how we often tend to ignore the things we have, but it's a great exercise to start your day!
