Burj al Arab is 321 meters high and it represents one of the wonders of contemporary engineering in today’s world, completed in 1999. It is built on an artificial island 280 meters away from the coast. It has a helipad near the roof at a height of 210 m (689 ft) above ground making it is one of the most luxurious and the fourth tallest hotel in the world.
