The people of Korea believe that it was the descendants of Suriratna and King Suro who founded the various kingdoms of Korea in the 7th century. Their descendants have been given the name of the Karak dynasty, which are occupying high positions in different countries of the world including Korea. A former President of Korea also belonged to this dynasty.

Although the names of many queens are recorded in the history of Korea, but Suriratna was considered the most revered and sacred among all, due to which her roots were associated with Ayodhya, the city of Lord Rama.
