If you only do one thing each day then spend a few minutes to organize to-do list for tomorrow. It takes 10 minutes that night and saves 2-3 hours the next day. I do this every day at that night and i don't want to store all my ideas in my brain, i wrote in a list or a copy so that my brain will also relax and i know all the things that what I prepared last night
