Every business loves the idea of purpose. However, a study showed that purpose is more nuanced.
Purpose only has value if you use it. A survey of 474 executives found that almost every executive thought purpose was important, but less than half said it was a driver in their strategic and operational decision-making. However, organisations that prioritised purpose saw ten per cent growth over three years.
