The key to understanding people is to understand that the actuality of people are not what they think, believe or possess. It's their behaviour. Behaviour is prompted by a cause. It's nature reveals more about a person than it conceals the irrationality behind it for that particular individual. Therefore, to know oneself is to unbiasly observe one's behaviour and then find the cause of it. It's always the Attributions we make which make what we make of us.
