A Fantastic Book from Feynman - Deepstash

A Fantastic Book from Feynman

Feynman has done some great things in his life, but something else he did was write books, and a few of them at that. In my opinion Six Easy Pieces  is an exceptionally good book for what it intends to do, educate the layman on the beauty of science, specifically physics. Usually books that involve even in the title, quantum mechanics go out of the reach of mind of the layman, but not this one! It perfectly portays its ideas without much hardcore mathematics, the same with any other topic in the book. It is a highly recommended read in my opinion.

never feel guilty for putting down a book and starting a new one

The habit I’ve had the most success with in increasing the number of books I read may seem like a paradoxical one. Isn’t the goal to finish more books? Why would abandoning them without hesitation be a good thing?

But the real cause of reading too few books is that you don’t enjoy it enou...
