Benford’s law is an observation about the distribution of first digits in unmanipulated numerical data sets. Benford’s law states that the first digit in naturally occurring collections of numbers is more likely to be small than large. 

Paco’s law is basically a way for you to pour a specific amount of something (money) into a container (a checking account) in order to ensure you only consume (spend) a certain amount.

Knowing about Paco’s law is the first step to not becoming a victim of it.

This confusion of identity is the third type of conflict, the spiritual conflict. Unless we know who we are, what God is, and what our connection to that God is, we will never be able to completely resolve all of our material and mental conflicts. This is the central theme of the first chapter.
