The way around this barrier is to utilise the motivation loop. This is a infinite loop which consists of -ACTION-INSPIRATION-MOTIVATION- in a continuous circle. To take advantage of this loop you need to take action (even when the motivation to do so isn't there) which, as per the loop, will then lead to inspiration then motivation and so on.
