Nihilism is the product of a society that fails to create anything beautiful out of solitude. An economic ecosystem that fails to create human beings who can not only endure loneliness but also use it to beautify and transcend even their most "lower feelings" rather than degenerate with their "lower feeling". Lower feelings like the feeling of lust, want for violence, disgust, intence envy, etc..
