What Does A Plan Look Like

  • Before even thinking about how to start, you must know how to end.
  • The plan must involve simple steps.
  • Start with something you can do easily and add a 5%-10% effort daily.
  • For example to loose a weight of 5 kg in a month, let's assume that we should run for 4 km daily. Don't run 4km straight away. Start with something small. Run 500 m for first day, then 550 m for second, 600 for third, 700 for 4th and 1 km for 5th and so on.
  • In this way, you'll never get tired and running daily will soon become your habit.
