Therapists look at you in your roles as employee or friend and also as humans. And we have to accept that sometimes we will do things wrong and those times we won’t feel our best.
We're allowed to occasionally fail, but pick yourself up and adopt a growth mindset and find joy in the process of its learning. We need to know that we’re all just trying our best.
