Once you've acknowledged your fear, it's important to try to understand why you're afraid of failing. What is it about failure that scares you? Is it the thought of not being good enough? The thought of disappointing yourself or others?
Often, our fears are based on irrational thoughts or past experiences. Once we identify the root of our fear, we can start to address it and find ways to move past it. Sometimes it’s necessary to get help with understanding why the fear of failure exists.
