And again, the more you assure yourself of your happiness, existent or non, you eventually will experience the happiness you conjured up.
Practice gratitude and notice the small things that you can appreciate like your food tasting great, car looking squeaky clean or workday being good.
Doing this on a daily basis has allows you to focus on the many reasons to be happy.
