Finding Balance

The heart is believed to be related to emotional sentiments such as love, kindness, affection, and caring, while the mind is associated with capacities like logic, rational, education, knowledge, and judgment.. in that sense the heart symbolizes the center or "core" of our being, from which prayer and moral actions originate, while the mind tries to make sense of those actions or the lack of them.
