What am I saying in essence? Learning to quit in this aspect, is the ability to self-assess situations, and question whether you should keep going or quit. It’s a skill everyone should learn to scale through life.

It’s like we’ve been rewired to believe quitting means failure. It’s why some people prefer to stick to something, even when it grieves them, so as to avoid judgement from others.

This problematic situation mostly attributes to life in general–we’ve instilled the idea of persevering to the end that we can’t—read between the lines—or know when to quit or keep going.

There’s a quote that says “losers are quitters, winners never quit”

Well, this isn’t a matter of whether losers are quitters or not, it’s a matter of being brave enough to discern when to stay or step away from something.
