Fear of failure will never be our undoing as a company.
It's not that we believed we wouldn't fail; in fact, we were sure it would happen. But we had faith that it would happen quickly, we would learn from it, and we would get better.
MORE IDEAS ON THIS
Sometimes, we take for granted that things are as they are and can no longer change.
However, if we double-click, we see that everything around us started from an idea.
"When you make something, when you improve it, when you offer it, when you bring a new thing or a new service to a stranger's life and make them happier, healthier, safer or better off, and if you do it with care and intelligence..."
Phil asked himself 5 questions every time he was at a crossroads:
Ask yourself the right questions.
"Don't tell people how to do things, tell them what to do and let them surprise you with their results."
In the story, Phil is not the only protagonist. He knew how to find capable people and trusted that they would do better than him... And they did.
"Business is growth. Either you grow or you die".
This applies not only to your business, but also to your personal life.

We are taught from a young age that failure is bad and something to fear. But, failure is an excellent stepping stone to success.
We never learn to move out of our comfort zone if we don’t overcome our fear of failure.
Successful entrepreneurs teach us very little. We would do better by analyzing the causes of failure first and then the successes.
The huge failure rate for start-ups is often hidden. We will do well to recognize that these failures hold important information.
The only real similarity...
People can lose time, money, respect, resources among other things when faced with failure, and that leads to fear-based procrastination. We need to keep in mind that mistakes happen, and only with action and errors does one learn something and moves towards growth.
