One of my weakest point, cause I used to procrastinate a lot, really a lot. I still do, but most of the time i try to follow,

''The 1 minute rule'', if something takes less than 1 minute to do then I'll just do it right at the moment. We are growing our bad habits from years, so it's going to take some time to overcome them, the most effective way is to take baby steps, like '1 min rule' and eventually these small steps will make some big changes.
