Rest

We must prioritize rest and self-care in our lives. It is easy to become consumed with work and lose sight of our physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. However, we must remember that we cannot pour from an empty cup. We should take time to rest, recharge, and connect with God and loved ones. In Matthew 11:28-29, Jesus says, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”
