  • Last meal and sleep should have a gap of at least 3 hours.
  • Have unprocessed foods, whole grains instead of refined grains, consume 2 apples rather than a glass of apple juice.
  • Avoid empty calories i.e. any food/drink that has zero nutritional value besides its energy value like most sugary drinks, sweets and breakfast cereals.
  • Don’t eat fruits and nuts after 4pm.

  • Maintain acid-alkaline balance
