4. Don't put phone in your room
5. Be minimalist with everything don't put all books around you rather importance one, don't try to take notes in fancy way take it with black and blue pen you can understand, don't try to be a complicated by using notion, everynotes, obsiden these are good and they also make my system more complicated so prefer physical notes, digital mind map.
