The easiest and most natural way to get customers to pay more is to simply add more value to what they need. Give them better options than the one they're looking for: another feature, add-on, an upgraded model, or simply a better experience.
Give them a problem of having to choose between good vs great, less vs more, now vs later.
Once you get a grasp of these concepts, the only thing left to do is to communicate these to your customers. They will eventually do the work to convince themselves in the end.
