  2. Stress buster- in some ways it reduces my stress and anxiety it's like sharing to someone else who won't judge anything
  3. Knowing myself- i usually don't know about myself I mean I can't really say which I like or which I don't like I was used to be in a confused state, by reading my past journals,I can get to know myself better which is a great thing!!
  4. Gratitude - I also follow gratitude practice,so it increases my positivity
