Text or call somebody whom you need to forgive. Just let go of the anger or any grudges which does you more harm than good.
Or you can apologise if you think you have wronged someone.

Tactic 3 - Forgiveness

No two human beings are similar, so why do we compare ourselves with others in terms of money, job, physical features etc.
One must compare themselves with their past selves, and stride towards success

Tactic 4 - No Comparison With Others

<ol><li>Visualise your goals and write them down daily to achieve them . </li><li>Write down your goals for next 6 months and break them down to weekly and then daily goals. </li><li>Maintain a separate journal for writing literally anything that comes to your mind. (It’ll save you so much head space)</li></ol>

Tactic 0 - JOURNAL 

A life without purpose has no meaning. Find those things which make you happy and help you find your true self. It could be spending time with family or working or gym or content creation or travelling.

Tactic 1- Find a reason to wake up

It will make you content with the fact that there are certain things that are out of your control and you have to find peace in it. This curbs overthinking which one tends to do on certain matters and save time for things that are in your control.
