When you are aware of who you are, and when you are in the process of becoming aware, there would be a rational part of your brain that would say, it's not true. I am not lazy, I just don't feel like working right now, I am not addicted to smoking, I just do it sometimes, etc, etc. That is your mind pushing against and fighting for you. Your ego won't let you believe things that goes against what you want to think you are. But, here's where the brain plays tricks on you to make you feel comfortable. Let go of that ego, and accept who you truly are. If you are lazy, you are lazy, no ifs or buts
