However glamorous it seems, the tower lacks a proper sewage system.

• Palm Island & The World Island

Destroying the ecosystem with the sheer amount of sand

Unsustainable, requiring constant replacement & sea defense

Abandoned World Island. It is sinking. Most of the island is filled only with sand piles.

3. Mockery of Nature

• Lacks of green elements in the city

Initially, Dubai dedicated to grow saplings into actual trees, but was abandoned halfway, giving way to a billion-dollar project.
