You convert what you think about all day prolonged. It produces no sense to worry about past mistakes or misunderstandings unless you want to undergo them for the second time.

3. Never worry about past events

Norman Cousins once remarked that “The Tragedy of life is not death, but what we let die inside of us while we breathe.” Too many people spend more time focusing on weaknesses rather than developing their strengths. If you set goals, the action you take will be based on your life’s mission rather than your day-to-day mood.Are you using the best within you to its fullest capacity? Listen carefully while conserving.
