There are endless triggers that you may come across that decides your thoughts. This is exactly where you have to work.
For eg: I tend to think more about failing at a test(thought) when I waste a day(trigger).
In that case I should stop regretting the past and focus on the time that I have left in the day.
"In short every bad thought has an equal and opposite good thought"....u have to identify that.
