Meditation

Just as our body needs a fitness routine, our brain requires meditation, which keeps it healthy. There are two types of meditation you can opt for to achieve mindfulness:

Sitting meditation: Sit on a cushion in an upright position. Make sure your head and shoulders are comfortable. Place your hands on your legs and let your arms rest on your sides. Now, focus on your breathing pattern as you try to settle down the chaos of your mind.

Walking meditation: Find a less crowded place to walk for 10-15 minutes while you focus on the movement of your feet. It’s the best way to live in the moment.
