How to Build a Wheel of Life (2)

  1. Draw a circle and split it into three parts: health, relationships, and work.
  2. Split each section into three subsections. Health contains physical, mental, and spiritual health. Relationships are all about love, family, and friends. And you can split work into purpose, finance, and growth.
  3. Then, draw a long line to track your overall progress.
  4. Write your Level-10 goals for each section.
  5. Now, rate each of the sections in the wheel from 1 to 10.
  6. Then, circle three of the things you are not happy with. Those will be the fields you will try to improve in your life next.
