Everyone you love won’t be able to grow with you.
No one talks about how painful and confusing this is; wanting folks to come along who just can’t/won’t/aren’t ready.
What I’ve grown to learn is this doesn’t mean love is lost, but it can mean loving from a distance. Loving yourself fully will sometimes require loving certain people from a distance.
