Worry. - Deepstash

Worry.

Worrying stems from a desire to be in control. Because, we often want to control our environment and the outcome of every situation. Forgetting that, the more we try to control everything around us, the more anxious and angry we will become.

Worry indeed is vicious cycle to break — worry, try to gain control, fail, and worry again. Repeat.

Then in the end, it will drain us of the mental strength we need to be our best, causing us to develop toxic habits, like Negative self talks, comparison and so on.
