Stress is the brain response into difficult situations. It is a state of worry and emotional tension in which causes by certain triggers or undesireable events that our brain feels it can't be control. It has 3 levels that indicates its presence, these are:

Low level: Your brain is calm and relaxed

Moderate: "Fight or Flight" response and changes in certain behaviors

High level: Changes in mental and physical health and overall behavior
