This is more likely an "eat the frog" situation- a difficult task that must be completed first. I personally have tried it and it worked. You may ask why should we do this first? The answer is to be like a Roman- free from distraction and fully present, able to work uninterrupted for a prolonged period of time. If we can conquer the tough tasks first, the easy ones will always be easy.
