You’ve learned how to approach your life fearlessly. And that’s the only way to find a change. But how can you effectively do it?I changed my life many times in the past. And I always started by stating my current situation with a <a href="https://cosmopolitanmindset.substack.com/p/build-your-wheel-of-life">wheel of life </a>.Then, once you understand which field of your life you neglected, you can think about improving it.You can find my book suggestions on personal growth and ideas in my <a href="https://cosmopolitanmindset.substack.com/p/your-next-6-months">article of the year </a>. But, in this article, I want to give you a checklist of everything I would try to improve if I started from scratch.Try everything and keep what works for you.

How to Change Your Life in 6 Months

Fearless change requires a <a href="https://cosmopolitanmindset.substack.com/p/the-art-of-confidence">good dose of confidence </a>and <a href="https://cosmopolitanmindset.substack.com/p/how-to-improve-your-body-language">social networking </a>. Therefore, I would work to improve my aesthetic.<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Buy new clothes and accessories that give you confidence</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Change your hairstyle to refresh your face</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Get a signature fragrance</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Take care of your beard or make your nails</li></ul>

4 — Personal Aesthetic

We tend to answer all these questions positively. But then, we lack the confidence in ourselves.We bale out. And we give up most of our good intentions.But today, I will try to help you invert that tendency. I want you to act fearlessly. And to put in place your fearless transformation to change your life in 6 months (or less).

Your fearless transformation can bring you through challenging situations. Never neglect your health!<ul><li>Drink more water</li><li>Create a <a href="https://cosmopolitanmindset.substack.com/p/the-effortless-meal-planning-guide">healthy meal plan</a></li><li class="ql-align-justify">Do 8k steps daily</li></ul>

6 — Health

The environment is fundamental. But a clean mental state and an open mind will facilitate your improvement.<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Write a gratitude journal every night</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Practice positive affirmations</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Speak about positive things more than negative</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Journal daily to purge and process negative emotions</li></ul>

3 — Mindset

I was fearless the first time I decided to change my life — a blank page.It took me days to cry out all the negativity. I pushed out all my emotions and self-doubt. And I started to question everything I believed in.Do I want to study more?Do I want to be in a healthy relationship?Do I want to get in shape and eat healthier? And do I want to take care of my mental health?

The Beginning of The Change

You can’t. There are no exact steps. There’s only trial and error. Many tries, few successes — that’s the gist of it. And that’s the beauty of life if you wish.Think about how boring it would be if we could see the future and always do the right thing.With this paradigm, you will do many wrong things. And a few things will work. Your purpose will be to find those things first and maximize their effects.﻿So, how do you do it?

How to Change Your Life Forever

I won’t challenge you to try all these things this week. I said this is fearless, not crazy transformation.But I challenge you to print the infographic below and put it where you can see it daily. Then, experiment with a few habits and see what works for you. You have six months to do each of them.I also left you some empty spaces to insert activities I left out. Here are a few rules you might want to follow:<ol><li class="ql-align-justify">Don’t overthink what you are doing — this is an experimental phase.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Don’t focus on securing goals. Your only goal is to find answers for the things you wish to change.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Write a purpose for each new activity or habit you want to build. A purpose will help you understand the aim of the change. And changes don’t work without purposes.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Keep an open mind. Don’t be skeptical about things you think won’t work if you have never tried them.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Trust the process. Some things will work from the first moment you try them. For others, it will take some time.</li></ol>

Fearless Transformation's Rules

First, we start with purpose because it is the only thing that drives us.Why are you trying to change? What is driving you? What do you want to achieve?<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Build a vision board</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Find your Ikigai</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Build your 3/5/10 years plan</li></ul>

1 — Purpose

A fearless transformation often includes the way you manage your money. You will have new expenses. So, you must become mindful and l <a href="https://www.cosmopolitanmindset.com/4-proven-tips-to-save-most-of-your-income-right-now/">earn to control your shopping hunger </a>.<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Build an <a href="https://www.cosmopolitanmindset.com/how-to-build-secure-5k-emergency-fund/">emergency fund </a></li><li class="ql-align-justify">Study and invest in stocks</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Set up a monthly automatic saving system</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Ask for a raise or start a side hustle to increase your income</li></ul>

7 — Finances

Growth happens when you have the correct setup. Cautious change is a lie.You’re lying to yourself if you think you will change your life one step at a time. There’s no place for your comfort zone in becoming a better person. If you take one step at a time, you will need ten lives to get where you want. And you will never find what works for you now.Everyone is different. What works for me might not work for you. And what works for you today might stop tomorrow. So, how can you find the exact steps that will change your life forever?

Cautious Change Is A Lie

You try everything — that’s how you approach fearless transformation and change your life in 6 months.Every time you hear about a new technique or system, you try it.
