Can Earth Survive?

Given the Sun’s transformation, Earth's survival is uncertain. As the Sun evolves, Earth will transition from a potentially habitable planet to a cold, lifeless rock. The increasing heat from the red giant phase will render it uninhabitable long before the Sun becomes a black dwarf, making Earth a frozen and dark remnant in the distant future.
