If I started thinking How come I’m not confident yet?  this will drive me to start worrying. Why am I not confident yet? I need to be confident  and this starts the thought loop of despair.

Accept yourself and then beyourself

The skills gap is often defined as the difference between the skills future workers have and the skills employers seek in new hires. But the skills gap also exists for the already employed workers and can keep growing unless they keep their skills up to date.

The reality of the spotlight effect is everyone have their own spotlight and they are busy with their work. No one had time to look at you and laugh to you. If you were confident enough, you can face this situation very simply.
