As children, we grow physically without much effort. However, mental, spiritual, and emotional growth requires active work. We don't automatically become better over time. Instead, we must intentionally focus on improving ourselves. Once we finish school, it's up to us to take charge of our personal development. If we want to make our lives better, we need to consciously strive for growth.
