Happiness isn’t a state you can stay in forever. It’s a temporary feeling that arises when you overcome challenges or resistance in your path. Nietzsche's concept shows that once you achieve a goal and feel the happiness that comes with it, a new challenge or resistance will present itself. The cycle of setting goals, facing resistance, and overcoming it keeps repeating throughout life. Rather than chase happiness directly, focus on strengthening yourself, so you can face and conquer these new resistances. The more powerful you become, the more frequently you’ll experience happiness.
