Take 1s Pause

Initially you may feel it awkward and a time-waster, as we are used to continuous work, but remember, we are humans and not machines!

With time you will realize the magic of pause, and how it multiplies efficiency.

Most people have a faulty idea about when they have actually learned something.

Learning doesn't come from reading or listening. Reading creates ideas and opportunities. You only learn something when you act on it.

Pausing gives you time to stop and think before you act. Doing so can prevent you from doing things you'll later regret.

If you feel your emotions getting out of control, take a pause. If possible, go for a short walk. Once you calm down, return and decide how to move forward.
