Having low confidence in yourself and in your line of work is an inevitable feeling to experience but you are hired because you are worthy of a spot on a rocket ship.Don't sulk on the negative self-talk because all of us will need to get comfortable with the feeling of uncertainty and not knowing all of the answers. It's normal, so fight back the imposter syndrome.

Take this as the opportunity to learn that comes rarely.Begin listening, observing, and asking questions. This will help you get some hands-on experience in building a foundation in various areas of the company while also getting a grasp of their needs before hiring specialized people.
