People with this condition have feelings of terror that strike suddenly and repeatedly with no warning. Other symptoms of a panic attack include sweating, chest pain, palpitations (unusually strong or irregular heartbeats), and a feeling of choking. It can feel like you’re having a heart attack or "going crazy."In the next part I'll be explaining how to deal with it ! Bye :)

What Is Anxiety?

Anxiety is a normal reaction to stressful situations. But in some cases, it becomes excessive and can cause sufferers to dread everyday situations. ⚪️Different types of anxiety include: ▫️Panic disorder. ▫️Social anxiety disorder. ▫️Specific phobias. - Generalized anxiety disorder. Anxiety so frequently co-occurs with depression that the two are thought to be twin faces of one disorder. Like depression, it strikes twice as many females as males.In the next post i will be explaining more deeply about the Different types of anxiety Stay tuned!

In the previous idea we've talked about what's the panic disorder And how it's feel.In today idea I will talk about how to deal with it Ways to Stop a Panic Attack1. Use deep breathing2. Recognize that you’re having a panic attack3. Close your eyes ,If you’re in a fast-paced environment with a lot of stimuli, this can feed your panic attack. so closing your eyes will help a lot.4. Practice mindfulness5.
