Anxiety is a normal reaction to stressful situations. But in some cases, it becomes excessive and can cause sufferers to dread everyday situations.

⚪️Different types of anxiety include:

▫️Panic disorder.

▫️Social anxiety disorder.

▫️Specific phobias.

- Generalized anxiety disorder.

Anxiety so frequently co-occurs with depression that the two are thought to be twin faces of one disorder. Like depression, it strikes twice as many females as males.

Today I'll be explaining what's Panic disorder

.

▫️Panic disorder. People with this condition have feelings of terror that strike suddenly and repeatedly with no warning. Other symptoms of a panic attack include sweating, chest pain, palpitations (unusually strong or irregular heartbeats), and a feeling of choking. It can feel like you’re having a heart attack or "going crazy."

In today idea I will talk about how to deal with it

Ways to Stop a Panic Attack

1. Use deep breathing

2. Recognize that you’re having a panic attack

3. Close your eyes ,If you’re in a fast-paced environment with a lot of stimuli, this can feed your panic attack. so closing your eyes will help a lot.

4. Practice mindfulness

5. Because you’re stressed, choose light exercise that’s gentle on the body, like walking or swimming.
